Open Training

4D Group are delighted to offer an 'Open Training' service to our London Market clients free of charge.

We appreciate that frequently a client may only have one or two delegates who require training in a particular subject or software package. In these circumstances it is not often cost effective for the client to employ a trainer for one or two people. This is where 4D Group can help.

Should a client find themselves in this situation and would be able to host the event, please contact Dee Rutherford. We will then contact all of our other London Market clients and invite them to join the host's course. 4D Group will, where possible, reduce the host's fee on the bases other local members are intrested in attending. This is then beneficial to the host in that the cost is spread and it is beneficial to the delegate as they get to network.

We have used this option very successfully a number of times across Insurance, IT and Personal Development courses.

Pre-Course Support

Course outlines are supplied as requested when training enquiries are received. Training needs analysis forms can be supplied to enable staff within the client's organisation to be grouped to a similar level or with similar training requirements. This also enables the course to be tailored to the client's needs.

During the Course

It is envisaged that the practical case studies and project work to be used will be tailored to reflect the delegates' environment and to reinforce the delegates' knowledge. On any course tailored to a specific requirement, it is expected that the case studies will be taken from the workplace. Our own course materials are provided for reference.

Post Course Support

Course evaluation forms are issued at the end of every course for feedback. These are used by us to maintain our consistently high standard of service we offer. Copies can be made available for training personnel upon request.

A certificate verifying completion of the course will be issued to any delegate who actively requests one.

Evaluation

We are committed to providing effective training that fully meets the objectives outlined in courses that have been tailored through discussion with our clients. To this end, every delegate is issued with an evaluation feedback form at the end of every course. The results of the forms are collated by 4D Group into an evaluation summary report and emailed to the course sponsor at no extra cost.

Consultancy

The trainer/consultant is able to help advise the client on the training approach required to meet the needs of staff at all levels and can assist in identifying training requirements.

Virus Checks and Security

All disks/CD's must be virus checked at the client site before training commences.

Any consumable that contains information relating to the client (statistics, staff names etc.) given to us by the client for training purposes will be destroyed after the training programme has been completed. It is assumed that the clients' software licences are properly authorised.
